HARDWARE + RECOVERY MODEL
BUILT FOR THE REAL DEVICE
The launcher and applications target a known ESP32-P4 revision and keep recovery, radio firmware and user data outside the application update path.
360 MHZ + 32 MB PSRAM
16 MB flash, ST7121 display/touch and the factory ESP32-C6 radio image remain the reference configuration.
INACTIVE OTA SLOT
Console validates project identity, chip target, revision range, segment checksum, SHA-256 and the 5 MiB slot limit.
FACTORY PARTITION
The resident Console stays at 0x10000; applications never replace it, erase NVS or overwrite the C6 image.
